Cooperation Projects

Vernetzte Kirche has launched three interregional projects in cooperation with other evangelical churches and church institutions:

www.e-wie-evangelisch.de: topics, insights and views seen from a evangelic perspective. It begins at www.e-anfang.de and covers other letters and topics like www.e-zuversicht.de. The “e” stands for "evangelic." In our world of e-mails and e-business the "e" usually stands for electronic.
You might ask what kind of role a modest evangelical "e"  could play in such a world? Find out by yourself, go to www.e-wie-evangelisch.de. By the way, some of these texts are available as audio digital file, as podcasts, to which you can subscribe.

She is going to show you the writer`s room, the bright dreamer`s sky or the creepy cellar... Casually primary school kids learn stories of the bible. They also learn why the pastor is wearing such a funny black dress. A mouse called Benjamin makes sure that there`s no time for boredom. He provides kids with funny jokes, recipes and little instructions on how to do crafts.

Screenshot unserezeiten.de   www.unserezeiten.de has been on-line since the Kirchentag in May 2009 in Bremen. It was made for people over 59. In nine meeting-places such as "faith", "living", "enjoying" or "mourning" they can exchange their experiences, offer their spare-time or meet like-minded people. Volunteer pilots support newcomers and answer their questions. The projekt was financially supported by the Evangelical Church in Germany.

References

Screenshot solideo.de   www.solideo.de ist a central platform for church music in the Evangelical-Lutheran Church in Bavaria. The core of this page is the calender of events. There the user can find exactly the musical event he`s looking for: whatever taste, place or date. Furthermore, www.solideo.de gives answers to many questions, e.g.: Who was Dietrich Buxtehude? Does an organ have a lung? And how do you become a church musician?

To let your soul and body breathe - that`s the goal of "church services outdoors". It might be on flat or on higher ground - open-air church services are always a great experience. You can check, if there`s one nearby you soon on www.kircheimgruenen.de and on www.berggottesdienst.de.

Evangelic chapels and churches in Bavaria are sometimes modern and provocative, at other times traditional and playful. But in every case they are places for worship, reflection and calmness. Places you can find back to yourself and stock up on energy. Not only Sundays. Many evangelical churches have opening hours besides the officially church service hours. You can find out about them on www.offene-kirchen-bayern.de.

Screenshot evstadtakademie.de   The evangelical city-academy of Munich was another client of Vernetzte Kirche. Here, the website was also relaunched with "Drupal" (see above). Plus, we provided a database-import from inside onto the website: www.evstadtakademie.de
