"Evangelische Termine" is an event database for deaneries, parishes and institutions of the Evang.-Luth. Church in Bavaria.

• central collection of all events organized by institutions of the Evangelical-Lutheran Church in Bavaria.
• an open network of church organizers, who enter their own data and dates.
• makes it possible to look beyond one's own backyard: what`s happening in the neighbour parishes?

• saves time and work, for example in the ministry`s or deanery`s office

How it Works

• Register
• One-time entering of your dates in www.evangelische-termine.de
• Embed "Evangelische Termine" data into your own website or web business card (adjusted to your own design)
•  If you want to display your own events only, all you have to do is enter your host ID.
• Repeating events (e. g. church services) and common venus only have to be entered once.
• Entries can be changed at all times, of course, expired dates will be cancelled automatically.
• You can export your dates for press releases, community newspapers and so on into various formats (Word, Exel, PDF).

• you can access these events from other cross-linked webpages: from the website of the deanery or from your institution as well as from www.bayern-evangelisch.de, www.solideo.de, www.kircheimgruenen.de and www.berggottesdienst.de
• extended search options: for church services, concerts, education, ...for children, women, adults,...

Interested? You can register online on www.evangelische-termine.de, the members of public relation or the web department inside the deaneries function as tutors if necessary. Already approximately 800 organizers in Bavaria have put  their events into the database.

The project`s team gladly supports interested established regional churches or their institutions by developing concepts and designs for their own event database. We offer individual adjustment to our calendar of events. If desired we can also provide hosting or external installation.

Help and Support

We offer a Wiki as on-line user`s guide for Evangelische Termine (in german!). There you will find the most important informations about entering and export of dates. Everyone who has an ELKB-intranet access can add their own pointers. These pointers are also available in the intranet on the message board. You can ask questions there, too.
